I live in a world where the cities sleep, and the children use merciless torture, the sky is covered in clouds and smoke, and there is a limited supply of water. I live in a world where murder is common, and peace just doesnt seem to exist, the tide swells because of what we've done, and lost friends are hardly missed. I live in a world where tears always fall, and heartbreak is a rapid occurence, the children in third world countries are starving, and conviction has no interference. I live in a world where safety is limited, and the guns set off rapid fire, the movies continue to get gruesomer, and the ex president was a liar. I live in a world where war is a given, and the children like to push and shove, the religious are in bitter feuds, and mostly there is so much love. I live in this world. The Only one we have. We need to take care of it and each other. Life is too short to waste it on negativity. Live it to the full, everyone knows we need it. |
